This form is for those who believe they became or have been members before January 24th, 2023, and to help you get aligned and connected with the correct Board or Network of choice as an individual member of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council. You must be a member to join a Network or a Board. We will review these submissions, and based on membership status, you will be added, or we will let you know what you need to do next.

HCH Clinicians Network:
The Health Care for the Homeless Clinicians’ Network is the nation’s leading membership group that connects hands-on providers from many disciplines who are committed to improving the health and quality of life of people experiencing homelessness.
The HCH Clinicians’ Network fosters networking and professional growth among a diverse membership comprised of nurses, physicians, social workers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, outreach workers, case managers, substance abuse counselors, mental health therapists, dentists, pharmacists, psychologists, and students.
The Clinicians’ Network provides a forum for its members to share the latest information and research, review and make recommendations about clinical practice, and network with peers. It provides valuable resources that can help you excel in your work. The network’s educational offerings and communications will connect you to the best practitioners and models of care.
RCPN – Respite Care Providers Network:

The Respite Care Providers’ Network is the preeminent national voice for those who are simply too ill to recover in the streets. We support the development of new and existing medical respite care programs through education, client advocacy, networking and research. In addition to hosting an annual conference and other training events, we provide comprehensive respite resources and information.

The mission of RCPN is to improve the health status of individuals who are homeless by supporting programs that provide medical respite care and related services.

NCAB – National Consumer Advisory Board:

The National Consumer Advisory Board (NCAB) is a committee of people who have experienced homelessness and been clients of Health Care for the Homeless projects across the country and who are involved in the governance of those HCH projects.

NCAB is a standing committee of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council, and NCAB’s elected Chairperson sits on the Council’s Board of Directors.
