Individual Membership
Why become an individual member?
Individual Membership means you will have access to all Council communications, be able to get involved in our advocacy and research, serve on Council Committees, and contribute to setting the strategic direction of the Council.
Specific benefits include:
- Access to Council communications and publications
- Participation in advocacy and research, and opportunity to partner with the Council as a Subject Matter Expert
- Opportunity to serve on Council committees and contribute to the Council’s strategic direction
- Eligibility to nominate and be nominated to the Board of Directors, and for a number of awards
- Invitation to join one or more of the Council’s Individual Membership Groups:
- HCH Clinicians’ Network (membership includes a subscription to the Healing Hands newsletter)
- National Consumer Advisory Board
- Respite Care Providers’ Network (membership includes a subscription to the Respite News newsletter)
Become a Member
Beginning July 1, 2022, Individual Membership dues are as follows:
*Members: $20
– Students: $5
– Consumers: $0
*If you are employed by an Organizational Member, your Individual Membership comes at no additional cost, just provide your Organizational ID when registering! If you need help locating your Organizational ID or a membership, please contact the Advancement Coordinator.
If you need a membership statement for reimbursement from your employer, please contact the Advancement Coordinator.
You can also use this form to make an additional donation if you so choose, which we welcome and appreciated.
