Outreach workers often serve as the first step to connect people experiencing chronic homelessness to the health care system. Recognizing the lifesaving role outreach workers fill for those who are unhoused, the National Health Care for the Homeless Council is pleased to invite outreach workers in the State of Tennessee to an in depth training for non-clinical staff on medical street outreach.
