Shasta Community Health Center
Health Outreach for People Everywhere (HOPE) provides comprehensive primary health care, case management, street/shelter outreach, and referral services for individuals who are homeless or at-risk, through Shasta Community Health Center in Redding. Health care services, including outreach are provided through the HOPE Mobile Clinic program.
Services
Comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and substance use disorder services (including MAT) are provided at the main clinic site in Redding and at various locations throughout Shasta County through the HOPE mobile clinic, which has two exam rooms. Walk-in dental services are provided on dedicated mornings for the homeless at our main dental center. HOPE offers a full range of primary care services, including STD and HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, radiology, lab, pharmacy services, and referrals to partner agencies in the area of housing, substance abuse counseling, legal assistance, job services, and government assistance.
