needs can be challenging. This becomes even more challenging when someone does not have
full access to a kitchen or is learning how to cook. The resource Meal Planning and Food
Preparation Guide for Diabetes was developed as a resource to support meal planning and
preparation while managing diabetes and addressing different aspects of the meal-planning
process.
