Bring your questions, ideas, success stories, and challenges to this discussion of how clinicians can support individuals through the process of becoming housed. In this interactive Community Conversation, panelists will share their experiences, answer questions, and brainstorm solutions with participants. Conversation topics will be driven by the group and may include maintaining continuity as service providers change, supporting patients’ physical and behavioral health, and helping individuals cope with new situations.
Community Conversations are not webinars: they are discussions on issues affecting providers of all types who serve people who are unhoused. These conversations are meant to foster mutual support and problem-solving, and attendees are invited to share openly and encourage others, not just listen. All participants are encouraged to have their cameras on if possible, and to facilitate a safer space, the conversations will not be recorded.
