IMPORTANT: We are in the process of creating a NEW medical respite care directory to launch in March of 2025. To be included in the new directory, medical respite/recuperative care programs must complete a new form which is available here. Programs are asked to complete it as soon as possible. To ensure the information we have is accurate and up to date, we will NOT be moving entries listed in the current directory over to the new directory. In addition, only programs who have completed a directory profile will be eligible to apply for certification, which is set to launch in early spring.
