Project Health, Inc., dba Langley Health Services, is a not for profit, 501(c)3 organization that has operated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Sumter County, Florida providing primary care services for over 35 years and a second site in Ocala, Florida which opened in late 2012. PHI is the only FQHC in Sumter County. In 2014, PHI served 18,241 patients with 58,981 encounters.
