Hurtt Family Health Clinic provides highly accessible, preventative, primary, specialized healthcare to homeless and underserved families in Orange County.
Services
Primary Family Care, Dental Services comprehensive health and support services to people who are homeless and underserved. Mobile primary care at 30 sites including:shelters, soup kitchens,and Churches. Alcohol/drug recovery classes held on Village of Hope Campus. Mental Health along with Support services such as case management, outreach, referral, health education, transportation, and assistance with Health Insurance and Immunizations. Basic Needs, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Case Management/Social Services, Chronic Bronchitis/Emphysema, Dental Care, Diabetes Testing/Care, Electronic Medical Records, Family Planning, Flu Vaccinations, Health/Nutritional Education, Hepatitis C screening/treatment, HIV/AIDS screening/education, Immunizations, Labs, Medications/Prescription, Outreach, Pediatrics, Physical Exams, Primary Health Care, Treatment of Acute Illness, Treatment of Chronic Illness, Well Child Check-ups
