The mission of Homeless Health Services (HHS) is to provide comprehensive primary health care to people experiencing homelessness in the Fargo-Moorhead area.

Services

HHS is a program of Family Health Care Center in Fargo. The project maintains a primary care clinic in the downtown area at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Services include management of acute and chronic health problems, preventive care, and patient education. Patients receive case management services, including referrals for mental health and substance abuse services.
