Health Partnership Clinic, Inc.

Health Partnership Clinic (HPC) was founded in 1992 to provide accessible care for low-income, uninsured residents of Johnson County. Today, HPC offers quality, affordable and accessible care at five sites in Johnson, Miami and Franklin Counties in Kansas. These sites are located in Olathe, Shawnee Mission, Merriam (for Shawnee Mission School District students only), Paola and Ottawa.

In addition, the clinic provides dental outreach services directly to more than 40 area schools, Head Start programs and other locations serving children in need.

HPC offers a Sliding Fee Discount program to all eligible patients based on household income and family size, same day cash discount and payment plans. The clinic accepts all individuals regardless of ability to pay or insurance status.

In addition, HPC provides free enrollment services for KanCare/Medicaid, Health Insurance Marketplace, food assistance, often known as SNAP, and temporary assistance for needy families and childcare.

Partnerships are foundational to HPC’s mission. From the beginning, the clinic has been built and operated on a foundation of collaboration among community organizations, providers and caring funders. Partnerships remain fundamental to HPC’s operations and allow it to serve more people in more ways than ever before.
