Elica Health Centers

Designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Elica is a community-based “one stop shop” offering a range of clinical, outreach and social assistance services, which our providers and allied professionals deliver using a patient-centered model of care.

Patients now receive services at Elica’s three clinic locations – Arden Arcade, Midtown and West Sacramento – and from our mobile clinic, which will collectively handle approximately 65,000 patient visits this year.

Elica was awarded a Health Care for the Homeless grant in 2015.
