Clinica Sierra Vista provides a variety of services to the homeless populations of Kern and Fresno Counties, located in the San Joaquin Valley of Central California. This includes a primary care clinic, mobile health care services, and an 8-bed medical respite program in Kern County and primary health care, behavioral health care, and outreach services in Fresno County.
