Community Health Project, Inc. d/b/a Callen-Lorde Community Health Center (Callen-Lorde) has been a leader and advocate, providing sensitive, quality health care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and (LGBTQ) communities in New York City for over 50 years. Callen-Lorde is known to patients and providers alike as the provider of choice for culturally sensitive LGBTQ healthcare.

Services are targeted to reach underserved members of the service area community and marginalized LGBTQ homeless youth and adults from across New York City, while remaining welcoming to all underserved and low-income residents of the service area.
