Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative, Inc.
Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative provides comprehensive health care for homeless persons in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan area. The health center was named in honor of the patron saint, Saint Martin de Porres, who devoted his life to relieving the suffering of the poor and infirmed. It is co-located on the campus of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a non-profit Christian organization that has served the Baton Rouge community for 140 years. St. Vincent de Paul operates two homeless shelters for men and one for women and children which is also located on the same campus, as well as a Dining Room which serves hot meals daily, a community pharmacy that provides free medication, a dental program, and free legal advice.

Baton Rouge Primary Health Care Collaborative has linkage with numerous local health and social services, including Earl K. Long Medical Center, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Mays Foundation, Capital Area Human Service District, and the Capital Area Alliance for the Homeless.
