Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, Inc.

Member of the Council badgeAlbuquerque Health Care for the Homeless (AHCH) provides services at a consolidated health campus and through extensive outreach. The centralized campus is located in the city and service area core, near emergency shelters, hospitals, meal sites, and main public transportation routes.  The AHCH mission is to provide caring and comprehensive health and integrated supportive services, linking people experiencing homelessness to individual and collective solutions and to be a leader in implementing innovative service models and a catalyst for solutions to homelessness and to uphold a commitment to diversity and equity.
