Zufall Health Center’s staff of board-certified physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, and social workers provides medical, dental, behavioral health and enabling services to underserved families and individuals in Northwestern New Jersey.

Services are provided at sites in Dover, Morristown, Hackettstown, Flemington (dental only), Somerville, and on a mobile medical van in rural areas of Hunterdon, Warren, and Sussex Counties. Services specifically targeting the homeless are also provided on site at several of the homeless shelters in the Morris and Warren County areas.
