There is a high co-infection rate of HIV and Hepatitis C among people who use injection drugs and have HIV infection. Linkage to care for HIV provides an opportunity to address Hepatitis C for this population. In partnership with the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the National HCH Council is conducting a two-part webinar series to highlight prevention and treatment frameworks and strategies, including harm reduction, engagement in services, and engaging peer support staff.
