The Wallace Medical Concern’s mission is to provide an open door to exceptional health services and connections that support individuals and their families in healthy living.

They serve individuals of all ages and their families, and welcome patients with Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan, private insurance, or those with no insurance. Their dedicated, multi-cultural staff and volunteer team of doctors, nurses and other professionals makes sure that every patient receives the finest care, delivered with respect and compassion.

They offer primary care, pediatric care, urgent care, dental and specialty care at multiple locations in East Multnomah County and the metro area. Services include physicals, ongoing care for diabetes and chronic conditions, well child exams and immunizations, women’s health, and preventive care. Chiropractic, dermatology, podiatry and vision services are also available.

Wallace was awarded a Health Care for the Homeless grant in 2015.
