Using Data Analysis to Enhance Health Equity

This webinar highlights how health center data analysis can be a powerful tool to assess and enhance health equity in the services provided to patients. A robust data analysis plan enables health centers to identify and address inequities within their organization and service offerings.

Health centers vary widely in their use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) data to pinpoint care gaps for population-level interventions aimed at addressing health disparities. This webinar demonstrates how data dashboards can effectively visualize, monitor, and evaluate health center services, access, and utilization. By segregating data by race, ethnicity, special populations, age, gender, and other demographics, health centers can uncover and address barriers contributing to inequities.

This session highlights health centers that are leading in data quality and interventions, sharing best practices on using data for quality improvement and implementing effective interventions. Additionally, Council staff collaborates with Capital Link to explore key performance and financial data, assisting Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) health centers in understanding and demonstrating their value.

This webinar recording represents an opportunity to learn from experts and improve your health center’s ability to deliver equitable care through strategic data analysis.
