This 11 module course will equip learners with a clear understanding of the context of modern homelessness and its effect on health; detail the core characteristics of Health Care for the Homeless model of care; and explore ways learners can get involved in the movement to end homelessness.
Each module is intended to take approximately 45 minutes to complete , but may take more or less time depending on how the content is presented, activities, level of engagement, and/or prior knowledge of the content. It should take around 8.5 hours to complete the entire course. Learners will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the course to verify understanding of these objectives.
