Clinicians experienced in homeless health care routinely adapt their practice to foster better outcomes for their patients. This document was written for health care professionals, program administrators, other staff, and students serving individuals with opioid use disorders who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Its purpose is to improve patient care by enhancing understanding of recommended strategies for the successful treatment and management of opioid use disorders in marginalized populations.
