Regional Health Clinic, a part of Southlake Community Mental Health Center, is a Federally Qualified Health Center with four locations in Hammond, Merrillville, and East Chicago. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our goal is to provide the community with affordable, accessible healthcare. We do this by offering primary health care, behavioral health, and dental care to women, children and men.

Regional works very closely with shelters, outreaches and public housing buildings in our area to serve populations that are often overlooked.
