Northwest Health Services provides preventive and primary medical, dental, and mental health services to the homeless population of Buchanan County, MO.

The Homeless Outreach Medical Express (HOME Unit), is operated by the Executive Director of the Social Welfare Board, and is made up of a care team that includes: a Family Nurse Practitioner, a Registered Nurse, a Dentist, a Dental Hygienist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an Outreach Worker, and an intake person. The HOME Unit operates alongside the free clinic and coordinates care at all levels for the homeless population.
