To effectively meet the needs of the homeless population across a 13-county region of upstate South Carolina, New Horizon Family Health Services of Greenville partners with Carolina Health Center in Greenwood, ReGenesis Health Center in Spartanburg, and the Upstate Homeless Coalition to deliver services through our Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) Program. Primary Care and other services are delivered through a mobile medical unit, fixed primary care medical sites, and outreach approaches using Caring Attitudes, Respect, and Empowerment (C.A.R.E.)Teams.
