For many individuals in the communities Mountainlands serves, access to affordable and appropriate health care is limited. Their mission is to provide low-income, uninsured, and under-insured individuals with high quality health care. They believe that everyone in their community is benefited as access to appropriate and affordable health care is provided to those who face the most significant barriers to care.

Mountainlands focuses on providing this care to the medically underserved while treating each individual we serve with dignity, respect, and understanding. They also encourage their patients to participate in their own health care through education and health promotion.

In addition, they continue to collaborate with contributors, organizations, and community partners to meet the needs of clients and use all financial and other resources responsibly.

Mountainlands was awarded a Health Care for the Homeless grant in 2015.
