The agency, which primarily serves Clark, Estill, Madison, and Powell counties, embraces a philosophy of needs-based strategies and family-based services leading to family self-sufficiency and economic self-reliance.

Services

Primary care is available at Foothills Health and Wellness Center in Clay City, KY, serving Powell and Estill Counties. Referrals are made to other sources for specialty and inpatient care. Lab and ancillary services are available. Mental health and substance abuse counselors are also offered on-site.
