The Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), in partnership with the National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC), is seeking the input of people with lived experience to help inform our upcoming activities. We will host focus groups on two topics: 1) outreach services for people who are unsheltered and 2) supporting transition out of medical respite care.
The sessions will be held online via Zoom. Each participant will receive a $75 gift card for their participation in a one-hour focus group.
MEDICAL RESPITE LIVED EXPERIENCE FOCUS GROUP
When: Tuesday, June 27, 2023, from 2-3 p.m. CDT (3-4 p.m. EDT)
Who it’s for: Anyone with experience at a medical respite program. Participants will discuss their needs around housing and services during and after their medical respite experience.
UNSHELTERED HOMELESSNESS LIVED EXPERIENCE FOCUS GROUP
When: Wednesday, June 28, from 12-1 p.m. CDT (1-2 p.m. EDT)
Who it’s for: Anyone with the lived experience of unsheltered homelessness. Participants will discuss how services could better meet needs of people experiencing homelessness and living outdoors.
