In this last of a four-part “Clinicians’ Coffee Chat” series, participants will share questions, wisdom, and resources on aging and homelessness. Discussion topics will include helping clients without homes access assisted living care, continuity of medical care once clients are housed, and issues of capacity and guardianship.
This interactive conversation will foster peer learning and support across the homeless health care community.
