Circle the City is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and delivering innovative healthcare solutions that compassionately address the needs of all individuals facing homelessness in Maricopa County.
In addition to two comprehensive primary health care centers, Circle the City operates two 50-bed medical respite centers, five mobile medical units, and three street medicine teams. These services are designed to provide a continuum of care for individuals facing homelessness, ensuring they have access to the healthcare they need, when and where they need it.

By embracing a culture of dignity and respect for all patients, staff members, and community partners, Circle the City creates a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes healing and well-being.
Through a holistic approach to healthcare, Circle the City focuses on the critical balance of physical, mental, and spiritual health. By engaging patients in their own care and providing comprehensive support services, Circle the City delivers excellent healthcare and assists individuals on their journey out of homelessness.
