The HCH Cliniciansโ Network has developedย Adapting Your Practice: Recommendations for the Care of Homeless Adults with Chronic Non-Malignant Painย (edited by Patricia Post, MPA) in response to reported needs from a 2010 chronic pain management survey of the Cliniciansโ Network and the Respite Care Providersโ Network memberships. This webinar will highlight major components of the recommendations.
