Clinical Pandemic Response for People Without Homes—Insights from Seattle & King County
Presented by the National Health Care for the Homeless Council
March 27, 2020 | 1-2 p.m. CT
The evolving COVID-19 pandemic poses a particular threat to people experiencing homelessness, many of whom are already in poor health and immunocompromised. Health Care for the Homeless providers are working diligently to care for this especially vulnerable population in clinics, shelters, encampments, and streets across the United States as the outbreak continues.
The Health Care for the Homeless Network (HCHN) of Public Health – Seattle & King County is at the forefront of these efforts. In this first of four interactive COVID-19 Town Hall webinars, providers from the HCHN will share clinical insights and lessons learned and answer questions from the community.
