The L.A. Forum is the annual in-person event of the L.A. Recuperative Care Learning Network (LARCLN). Since 2022, the L.A. Recuperative Care Learning Network (LARCLN) has brought together recuperative care providers, hospitals, managed care plans and other community partners in homeless services and health care to share best practices and lessons learned from providing Recuperative Care services in Los Angeles County. We strive to facilitate a collaborative and comprehensive system of care, bolster payor-provider relationships, and promote access to high-quality recuperative care services for all vulnerable people experiencing homelessness.
The LARCLN is supported by the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC), and funded by Kaiser Permanente Community Health.
