This year marked the 10th Consumer Participation Outreach (CPO) survey. In this project, people with lived experience of homelessness surveyed individuals who are currently unhoused and unsheltered to understand their needs before, during, and after weather emergencies. Based on the CPO results, this webinar is a call to action for health centers and community partners to prepare for cold weather response before it arrives.
