Register Now for our Dec. 2nd Webinar – Electronic Health Records and Medical Respite Care

Medical respite care programs provide a wide range of services, including overnight accommodations, case management and care coordination, and medical and behavioral health care. The structure of these services ranges across the different Models of Care, presenting a unique challenge for programs when determining which documentation and electronic health record (EHR) programs they should use. Additionally, programs are also gathering and evaluating data to demonstrate impact and outcomes of their programming, which can be facilitated (or hindered!) by their EHR. Positioned at the intersection of health care and housing services, medical respite programs must often document and report on both social and health services and outcomes.

This webinar will provide an overview of the importance of selecting an EHR that meets the program’s needs, considerations for making this decision, and a program panel to illustrate how programs have navigated this balance in practice.
