The Mobilizer is a monthly action alert newsletter developed by the National Health Care for the Homeless Council’s policy and advocacy team.

The Mobilizer focuses on public policy issues related to homelessness, and health care reform, features opportunities for involvement and activism and provides brief updates on the legislation of particular interest to the HCH community.
