Midtown has served Northern Utah since 1994. Midtown is a non-profit medical facility providing comprehensive medical, oral health, pharmaceutical, and mental health care services. Midtown offers a medical home with full-time employed family practice physicians, mid-level providers, mental health therapists, and dentists. Midtown has 8 clinic sites throughout Northern Utah, one of which is “Hope” CHC.
