Indiana Health Centers, Inc. – Project Homecoming

Project Homecoming provides medical, dental, and social services to individuals who are homeless in St. Joseph County. These services are provided with an emphasis on preventive care and education with the goal of homeless patients maintaining a positive health status. Project Homecoming is located within a six-city block area on the south side of South Bend where both sheltered and unsheltered individuals dwell. All services and center hours are designed to best accommodate the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
