HCH Benchmarking: 2016 Uniform Data System Summary and UDS Mapper Review

PowerPoint Slides(PDF)

Annually, HRSA-funded community health centers are required to report clinical data related to patient socio-demographics, health measures, and staffing and utilization. Based on Technical Assistance requests submitted to the National HCH Council, we provide secondary analysis on the Uniform Data System that can be used for clinical performance and baseline measures to improve programs and set reasonable expectations for the HCH community.

Please join us as we provide a summary of the latest available UDS data as it relates to HCH grantees. Additional resources available through the UDS Mapper will be presented to provide contextual information on the geographic extent of U.S. federal Health Center Program grantees and look-alikes.

Speakers:

  • Brett Poe, Research Associate, National Health Care for the Homeless Council, Nashville, TN
