Formerly Franklin C. Fetter Family Health Center, the Fetter Health Care Network’s Downtown Health Center and Corporate Office was established in 1970 to provide primary services to children and adults.

Services provided at this office include Primary Care, Women’s Health, Homeless Outreach, Cancer Screenings, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Research  Studies, Home Health, and Pharmacy. The Center also has a Social Worker to help with insurance eligibility and other social issues. Outreach specialists are also on site to assist with navigation of the Affordable Care Act Insurance Market Place by appointment.
