The Family Health Center is a federally qualified health center providing primary medical, family planning, nutrition education, behavioral health and dental services for uninsured and under-served individuals and families in Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, and Pacific Counties.

We are a non-profit community health center operating clinics and campuses in Longview, Kelso, Woodland, Castle Rock, Cathlamet and Ocean Park. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide exceptional care for our patients and clients, and our sincere connection to the communities we serve.

The Family Health Center works closely with other services providers to connect our patients and clients with the specialty care they need; our heath services continue to grow, allowing patients to make better use of the health care system; and we provide patient education and sound medical advice to help our patients avoid costly emergency department visits.
