Community Action of Laramie County

Crossroads Healthcare Clinic has two service locations. Our main clinic is co-located with the department of health in Laramie County and our mobile clinic provides onsite services at the COMEA shelter, 1504 Stinson Ave., and other areas in the county. We provide quality primary health and behavioral health care for individuals and families who are currently homeless or low income in Laramie County. The clinic is staffed weekdays and Thursday evenings by a mix of clinic staff and volunteer doctors, nurses, and family nurse practitioners.

Although the clinic focuses on providing quality primary health care, staff works with various social service agencies to meet the non-medical needs of individuals and families who are homeless.
