Director, Health Care for the Homeless

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provides overall direction, leadership and oversight to Health Care for the Homeless Program of Manchester (HCH) including all aspects of business operations, external affairs (including federal, state and private foundation grant expectations), clinical operations, and establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the HCH Board of Directors, CMC Departments and community partners.  Works in conjunction with Practice Manager and Medical Director to insure delivery of patient centered, high quality care in an atmosphere of dignity and respect for patients experiencing homelessness and staff alike. Insures HCH program adherence to its mission and compliance with federal health center expectations, Joint Commission requirements, and Catholic Medical Center policies and procedures.
