About the NCAB Steering Committee
Please complete the form below no later than February 27, 2026, to nominate yourself or a colleague for a position on the National Consumer Advisory Board (NCAB) Steering Committee.
All positions on the NCAB Steering Committee are volunteer positions and unpaid.
Before submitting your nomination, please review the position descriptions in the NCAB Operating Guidelines (see pages 5-7).

- Chair, 2-year term
- Co-Chair, 2-year term
- Member at Large, 1-year term
- Member at Large, 2-year term
- Regional Representative, Regions 1 & 2 (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands)
- Regional Representative, Regions 5 & 7 (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska)
- Regional Representative, Regions 6 & 8 (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming)
- Steering Committee Mentor, 1-year
- Steering Committee Mentor, 2-year
- Steering Committee Mentor, 3-year
- (Please note, to be elected to a Steering Committee Mentor position an individual needs to have previously served on the NCAB Steering Committee for 4 years.)
